DAS Welcomes USDA Contract

Picture of DAS booth at USDADAS is excited to announce that we were awarded a contract to provide sign language interpreting and CART services to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) nationwide. In an open competition which was heavily weighted on past performance, DAS stood out as a leader in the field. We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to providing outstanding services to consumers at USDA.

In 1862 President Abraham Lincoln signed into law an act of Congress establishing the United States Department of Agriculture. Today, the USDA has more than 40 Deaf and 70 Hard-of-Hearing employees within the Washington DC area, and over 1,000 Deaf/Hard of Hearing employees around the US. We look forward to working to support the mission of USDA in providing excellent communication access everyday!
